Garden access, façades and rooms in use
For a Kifisia property, distinguish apartment interiors from detached-house façades, stairs, timber elements and garden-facing surfaces. What changes the access plan
If work involves upper-level external surfaces, describe height and access before discussing a timetable. Gates, planted areas and space for equipment can change the plan. For interiors, identify floors, joinery and furnishings that remain in place. Keep exterior and interior items separate in the quote.
Separate wall, timber and metal work
If your property has shutters, external doors or railings, photograph them separately from the masonry. Previous coatings and exposure affect preparation. A façade quote should identify which elements are included and how plants or adjacent surfaces are protected. Ask about access requirements before assuming a garden provides enough working space.
Plan occupied and unused rooms separately
For a house with rooms still in use, identify which areas can be handed over together. Tell us about stored furniture, stair circulation and any room that must remain available. For an empty property, give the key-availability and furniture-delivery dates. Remote approval works best when one person can decide about colours and unexpected repairs.
