One apartment. A clearly defined scope.
A floor plan tells us how rooms connect; it does not tell us the condition of the walls. Send one wide photograph of each room, a view of the ceiling and close-ups of peeling paint, cracks or stains. Tell us which rooms, ceilings, doors and window frames you want included. Walls and joinery require different preparation and should not disappear into a single vague line called “painting”.
Empty or occupied changes the plan
An empty apartment can offer clearer access. An occupied home needs a plan for furniture, belongings and the rooms you still use. Tell us about marble, timber floors, built-in cupboards and items that cannot be moved. Agree protection, access routes and the order of rooms before work begins. If you are renting, confirm the owner’s permission and approved colours before commissioning a change.
Choose a finish, not just a white
A colour reference, product and finish make a decision repeatable. An existing white may have changed with age and light; a photograph cannot guarantee an exact match. Ask for a physical sample where the choice matters. For a rental, discuss maintenance and future touch-ups. For your own home, look at the sample in daylight and under the lighting you will actually use.
What your English quote should resolve
We provide a written English quote. Review the surfaces, preparation, specified products, planned coats, protection, access and exclusions. The number of coats depends on the agreed system and the existing colour and condition. Any additional repair or change should be agreed before it is carried out. Tell us about your move-in date early; the feasible schedule is confirmed after assessment.

Questions before you start
Can I start without visiting the apartment?
Yes. Send photos and describe the work in English. If access or an inspection is needed, we can coordinate keys through your agent.
Is floor area enough for a final quote?
No. Wall and ceiling area, surface condition, protection and access also affect the work. Photos start the conversation; the scope must be confirmed.
Can I choose the paint?
Yes. Share the colour reference and any product preference. Suitability, finish and application are agreed before work starts.
Can you work in an occupied flat?
Tell us which rooms remain in use. The protection and room sequence are agreed for the property; an enquiry does not confirm a schedule.
