What changes the access plan
For a tenant change, give both the earliest access and the next occupancy date. For exterior work, explain height, public access routes and any coastal exposure relevant to the building. Distinguish tenant-ready from guest-ready dates
For a rental handover, specify who checks the finish and when cleaning or inventory work is scheduled. A paint completion date and a new occupant’s arrival are separate milestones.
