1. Show us the rooms
Send overview photos of every room and close-ups of visible damage. A video walkthrough from you or your agent helps explain the layout. Include ceilings, doors and the areas you want left untouched. Describe whether the home is occupied, who can provide access and your preferred completion date. Avoid including identity documents, key codes or unrelated personal belongings in the first enquiry.
2. Approve the written English scope
The quote sets out the surfaces, preparation, paint system, planned coats, access arrangements and exclusions. We clarify what still needs an on-site check. Agree the work and schedule before authorising a start. Name one person who can approve a change, so an agent opening the door is not accidentally treated as having authority to approve extra costs.
3. Agree who holds the keys
Keys can be coordinated through your agent. Agree the handover contact, access times, building rules and return arrangements directly. Your initial form only asks who holds the keys—not the key location or access code. If a neighbour is involved, confirm that arrangement with them and us before the work is scheduled.
4. Follow daily progress from the room
We provide daily photo/video updates during the work. The record shows the areas worked on, progress and any decision needed from you. Agree the communication channel and who receives the updates at the start. A photo record supports remote decisions; it does not replace checking a suspected underlying building problem in person.
5. Review the finish and handover
A final walkthrough video and photo set let you review the agreed surfaces from abroad. Check the work against the scope, record any points to resolve and keep product and colour references for maintenance. Agree key return and any follow-up before closing the job. These are work records, not a promise of professional property-listing photography.

Questions before you start
Can you communicate with me in English?
Yes. We provide English communication, written English quotes and WhatsApp replies.
Will I receive updates while away?
Yes. Daily photo/video updates are part of the remote service. Agree the recipients and channel before work begins.
Can my agent give you the keys?
Yes. We can coordinate key handover through your agent. Access and approval responsibilities are agreed directly.
Is my requested completion date guaranteed?
No date is confirmed by sending the form. The schedule depends on scope, access, surface condition and product requirements and is agreed before work starts.
